White River Farm is a revitalization of a historic Indiana property, designed in collaboration with landscape architects Merritt Chase. The project reimagines a horse barn, back barn, cottage, and greenhouse as spaces for artist residencies and creative work. A new landscape framework weaves orchards, meadows, ravines, and a pond into a cohesive network of paths and gathering spaces, shaping the site into an arts‑focused retreat.

The first completed structures—the Writer’s Shack and the Art Cottage—transform original farm buildings into inviting environments for creative work. These interventions preserve the property’s historic character while offering comfort and a sense of retreat for the artists who use them.
